  • For all custom design projects, ownership and copyright are transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. This applies to the final deliverable files only and does not include ownership of any drafts, unused concepts, or resources such as fonts.


    Unless otherwise discussed, native working files (e.g., InDesign or Illustrator) are not included but can be purchased for an additional outright fee.

  • Each project includes the agreed-upon deliverables outlined in your proposal or quote, along with up to three rounds of refinements. This ensures there’s room for considered feedback while maintaining an efficient and focused workflow.

  • Project timelines vary depending on scope, complexity, and the feedback process. Smaller design requests (such as social media content or EDM graphics) are typically completed within two to three business days, while larger documents or brand identity projects may take one to two weeks. An estimated timeline is always provided and confirmed at the time of engagement, based on the agreed scope of work.

    Where a project is delayed due to a lack of communication, feedback, or approvals, and the job has been invoiced, the original scope will be deemed complete. Should work be requested to recommence weeks or months following a period of inactivity, any additional work will be subject to studio availability and billed at SAINT’s standard hourly rate. This applies to revisions, updates, or any extensions beyond the originally agreed scope.

  • Yes. SAINT offers monthly retainer services for clients requiring ongoing design support. Retainers are ideal for businesses that value consistency, flexibility, and a streamlined workflow without the need to re-quote each project. Availability is limited and structured around one active project at a time.

  • Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions. Any additional changes beyond this are billed at our standard hourly rate, with a minimum charge of two hours.

  • Print management is available as an optional service, providing access to trusted suppliers with exceptional quality and very competitive pricing. Web development is handled externally -  all designs are supplied in ready-to-develop formats for your preferred developer to implement.

  • All projects are invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Payment is accepted via direct deposit. Projects valued over $2,500 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to the release of final artwork or print production. All invoices are issued with 14-day payment terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Yes. Many clients choose to work with SAINT on an ongoing basis for campaign materials, social media, or regular design updates. Support can be arranged on an hourly, project, or retainer basis.

  • All work is produced using the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. These industry-leading tools allow for complete creative control, technical accuracy, and outputs that meet professional print, digital, and motion standards.

    By working within established professional software - rather than browser-based or automated design platforms. Each project benefits from greater precision and longevity. This ensures all deliverables are scalable and suitable for real-world commercial use across all applications and formats.

  • You can’t spell SAINT without 'AI', but all design work is created by a human, ensuring outcomes that go well beyond automated or generative design outputs.
